Projects include removing existing load bearing walls, adding a 2nd floor to a one storey area, addition of doors and windows in existing walls, and new additions.
We partner with architects, designers and draftmen to provide full residential permit drawings along with the conceptual design.
We design temporary structures for special events.
We provide engineering for the lowering of basements, temporary shoring for individual members or an entire house, and underpinning.
